  • Board Resolution authorizing a Director to carry out the procedure related to GST registration

2. Business Premises Documents

  • Rent Agreement for the Business Premises (If Rented)
  • PAN Card and Aadhaar Card of the Property Owner (If Premises is Rented)
  • Notarized Consent Letter from the Owner (If Property is Self-Owned)
  • Latest Electricity Bill of the Business Premises (Not Older Than 2 Months)
  • Index Copy of the Business Premises (Not Older Than 2 Months)
  • Property Tax Receipt

3. Bank Details

  • Bank Account Details of the Company (Cancelled Cheque or Latest Bank Statement)
