• Latest Electricity Bill of the business premises (not older than 2 months).
• Index Copy of the business premises (not older than 2 months).

• Bank Account Details (Cancelled Cheque or Latest Bank Statement).

Branch Details (If Applicable)

• Address of Branch Office, if any.

No Objection Certificate (NOC)

• Notarized NOC from the owner if the business premises is jointly owned.
