LLP Formation Checklist

1.  NAME RESERVATION

  • Proposed Name of LLP – Option 1
  • Proposed Name of LLP – Option 2
Important:At least two proposed names must be provided for the purpose of name reservation.

2. DETAILS OF PARTNERS / DESIGNATED PARTNERS

  • Full Name of all Partners / Designated Partners
  • PAN Card of all Partners
  • Aadhaar Card / Address Proof of all Partners
  • Passport Size Photograph of all Partners
  • Mobile Number of each Partner
  • Email ID of each Partner
Important:
Each Partner must have a separate and unique Mobile Number and Email ID.

3. CONTACT DETAILS FOR LLP

  • Proposed Email ID of LLP
  • Proposed Mobile Number of LLP
Important:
The LLP Email ID and Mobile Number must be different from the Partners’ Email IDs and Mobile Numbers.

4. ADDRESS PROOF OF PARTNERS

(Anyone)
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Passport
  • Voter ID
  • Driving License
  • Bank Statement
  • Electricity / Telephone Bill
(Address proof should preferably not be older than 2 months)

5. BUSINESS DETAILS

  • Main Business Activity / Object of LLP
  • Proposed Registered Office Address
  • Other Place of Business (if any)

6. REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS PROOF

If Owned Premises
  • Electricity Bill / Property Tax Bill
  • Ownership Proof / Sale Deed
If Rented Premises
  • Rent Agreement
  • Electricity Bill of Premises
  • NOC from Owner of Premises

7. CAPITAL CONTRIBUTION

  • Capital Contribution of each Partner
  • Total Contribution of LLP
  • Profit Sharing Ratio of Partners

8. ADDITIONAL DETAILS REQUIRED

  • Occupation of Partners
  • Educational Qualification of Partners
  • Date of Birth of Partners
  • Residential Address of Partners
