6. ADDITIONAL DETAILS REQUIRED

• Number of Employees• Funding Details (if any)• Whether Startup has received any incubation support• Whether Startup has patent / trademark / IP


7. DECLARATION

• Declaration that entity is working towards innovation, development, or improvement of products/services• Confirmation that turnover has not exceeded ₹100 Crore in any financial year


8. IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

• Entity should be less than 10 years old from date of incorporation• Entity must be working towards innovation / scalable business model• Entity should not be formed by splitting or reconstruction of an existing business
